Starlight Lavada

Starlight Lavada, is by the fully approved and licensed Holsteiner, Oldenburg and Belgian Warmblood Littorio. Littorio is the 1995 Grand Champion of the Holsteiner Verband, Neumunster. His sire, Lord is one of the most influential sires in the history of the Holstein and Littorio is one of his last remaining sons. Littorio has produced National Grand Champion young stock in Europe, also finalists in free jumping and two qualifiers for the Bundeschampionart 2003 and a finalist for the young horse world championships, in Monteray, Mexico.
Littorio’s family is ranked number one for producing dressage horses in the world with such relatives as Flemmingh, Gestion Lingh and Krack Z.

Starlight Lavada is an elegant horse whom is forward and free moving with exceptional gaits. Outstanding jump free and undersaddle, sensitive, self motivated horse when been ridden. Half brother to Starlight Danaldo, Starlight Discovery and Starlight Daytona.

Starlight Novella

Novella was bred by Virginia O Sullivan in Whitianga. Her dam Venus was a classic TB with long athletic lines and true blue black colour. Venus has a very well balanced pedigree with some particularly well noted and famous racing and jumping relatives in particular her grand sire Sir Tristram whom not only was a legend and champion racing sire in his own right but has also produced numerous horses that go on successfully as show jumpers and eventers in NZ and Internationally.

Novella is developing into a tall, refined stunning mare, very kind tempered and showing exceptional aptitude for jumping, yet will certainly catch the eye of the dressage enthusiast. Shown successfully in hand and been started under saddle.

Fair Dinkum (Possum)

A beautiful filly breed by Anne Marie Morgan of Sea Spring Stud in Wellsford.  Currently standing at 15.2hh, Fair Dinkum is a winner in hand, displaying a kind and willing temperament, smooth gaits and lovely conformation.  We believe she will be a fabulous mare for the event or show jump rider. Fair Dinkum's dam is also by the legendary thoroughbred sire Brilliant Invader a notable sire of jumpers, his most famous get being Byth Tait's Ready Teddy who won gold in eventing at the 1996 Olympics.

Fair Dinkum is started and goes kindly undersaddle.

Shamara

Shamara is a 4 year old bay filly, by the KWPN horse and successful show jumper Senator VDL whose bloodlines carry some of the finest available presently in Europe. His sire, Corland has had an outstanding career as an International showjumper, jumped many International Grand Prix and represented Holland many times in Nations Cup events.  His dam Falonie is of course by the famous Voltaire and from a Nimmerdor mare.  She has a full brother who jumped internationally with Michael Whittaker.  She has two offspring jumping in the USA and an approved son Placido, with the KWPN in the Netherlands.

Shamara's dam Wynyard Blue Story under Mark Brooks jumped successfully in Young Rider classes and in classes up to 1.40m.  Her full brother 'Mania Jolly' jumped International and represented Japan at the Sydney Olympics then later jumped successfully at International competitions under Peter Wylde.  Another full brother multi Champion sport horse 'Te Mania Blue Fable' stands at stud in the South Island and a full sister 'Te Mania Blue Legend' sold overseas as a successful Show Hunter.  Shamara is well schooled and jumping undersaddle and is an exciting show jumping prospect to bring on.
